1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 eggs
1/4 c. water

Mix together. Pour into 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake approximately 1 hour at 325 degrees. Serves 6- 8.
