PINEAPPLE CHEESE BAKE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunked pineapple, undrained
1 c. sugar
2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
5 tbsp. flour
1 stick melted butter
1 sm. pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed

Spray a 2 quart dish with non stick cooking spray. Pour pineapple on the bottom. Add sugar and flour. Stir into the pineapple. Sprinkle on grated cheese. Mix butter and crackers together and put on top of the cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
