HASHBROWN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. onion
1 stick butter
1 pkg. hashbrowns (frozen)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. grated cheese
1/2 container sour cream
Corn flakes

Saute chopped onion in butter, stir in thawed hashbrowns, add other ingredients and put in buttered dish (rectangular). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Yields: 8 to 10 servings.
