SOUR CREAM SCALLOPED POTATOES 
1 lb. frozen hash browns
1 c. sour cream
1/2 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion, chopped
Season-All to taste
2 c. croutons

Mix sour cream, chicken soup, cheddar cheese, onion and seasoning together. Pour over hash browns in an 8"x8" greased casserole dish. Top with croutons. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serves 6.
