MY GRANDMOTHER'S GERMAN GOULASH 
This is what I remember my Grandmother calling goulash whenever we had it, on the farm.

1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, diced
1 (32 oz.) bottle tomato juice (Campbell's)
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown ground beef. Add chopped onions. Add tomato juice to cover beef mixture, then stir in corn. Season to your liking and let simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes to cook down juice just a little bit.

Very good on a cold evening!
