4 eggs
2 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour in greased 9" pie plate or 8"x8" pan. Let set five minutes. Sprinkle top with one cup flaked coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. It makes its own crust. Serve warm or cool.
