COCONUT IMPOSSIBLE PIE 
4 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut (can)

Combine with mixer or fork. Pour into greased pan 10 x 1 1/2 inch pie pyrex pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
