WATERCRESS PINWHEELS 
1 loaf unsliced white sandwich bread
1 c. snipped watercress
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
Dash salt

Cut bread lengthwise in slices 3/8" thick. Remove crusts. Combine watercress, cheese and dash of salt. Spread 1/4 cup filling on each slice. Roll up, starting at narrow end. Wrap in foil. Chill. Slice pinwheels 3/8" thick. Makes 24.
