EGG NOG 
2 eggs, separated
1 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
5 1/2 c. milk or 5 c. milk and 1/2 c. bourbon, rum or brandy
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg (optional)

Beat egg whites until stiff. Combine remaining ingredients in separate bowl, then fold in whites, chill. Top with a sprinkle of nutmeg (I prefer cinnamon).
