LEMON CHICKEN 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 skinned boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate (ReaLemon)
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms

In a plastic bag, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add chicken; shake to coat. In a large skillet, brown chicken in butter until golden brown. Add lemon juice and mushrooms. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until tender. Serve with rice.
