CHOCOLATE CAKE - WITH DAIRY SOUR
CREAM ICING
 
1 pkg. Pillsbury Plus Devils Food cake mix
3 eggs
1 c. water
1/3 c. Crisco oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour cake pans 2 (8 inch) round. In large bowl blend all ingredients until moistened, beat 2 minutes at high speed. Pour into pans. Bake 30-40 minutes (toothpick test). Cool on rack 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. Split in half forming 4 layers. Fill with icing.

ICING:

1 c. sugar
2 c. dairy sour cream
3 c. coconut
3 c. dairy whipped topping

Fold and frost garnish with coconut, pecans and stemmed maraschino cherries.
