SNOWBALLS 
2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. sifted flour
1 c. finely chopped pecans
8 oz. chocolate kisses
Powdered sugar

Cream butter and sugar until smooth. Add flour, then nuts. Wrap dough in plastic, refrigerate 1 hour. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove foil from kisses. Press one kiss into ball of dough 1 inch in diameter. Make sure it is completely covered. Bake about 12 minutes, until just cooked through. Roll in powdered sugar while still warm. When cooled roll again.
