HOT BROCCOLI & CHEESE DIP 
2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) roll garlic cheese (or Velveeta with garlic powder)
4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup

Cook broccoli in small amount of water, just to thaw. Drain well. Saute onion in butter. Melt cheese in with onion. Add remaining ingredients gradually. Serve hot with Fritos corn chips. Use chafing dish or crock pot.
