PRALINE SAUCE 
2 c. dark cane syrup
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. boiling water
1 c. chopped pecans or small pecan halves

Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat. When mixture reaches a boil, remove from heat immediately. Cool and store in covered jar. Serve hot or cold over ice cream or cake.
