PRALINE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. half and half
1 c. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Ice cream

Melt butter, add sugar. Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and gradually stir in half and half. Cook 1 minute. Remove from heat, stir in pecans and vanilla.
