SPICEY OKRA AND TOMATOES 
3 strips bacon
1 med. onion
Okra
1/2 c. water
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can tomato sauce

Cut bacon into bite sizes pieces and fry until not quite done. Slice whole onion and saute in bacon 3 to 4 minutes. Add okra to 10 inches skillet either whole or chopped. Add 1/2 cup water. Add diced Rotel tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes. The last 10 minutes remove cover. Add salt and pepper to taste.
