CHUTNEY CHICKEN 
6 boned half chicken breasts
Salt and pepper
Paprika
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. diced apple
1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 c. Major Grey's Chutney, chopped
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
3/4 c. seedless "purple" grapes

Lay chicken in baking dish, placing butter, salt, pepper, and paprika on top. Broil 6 inches from heat, about 10-12 minutes.

Over medium heat, simmer the 3 tablespoons butter, apple, curry, cinnamon, thyme, ginger, and chutney. Drain orange juice into pan setting the oranges aside. Simmer until mixture reduces, about 5-10 minutes. Pour mixture over chicken in baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Add oranges and grapes, then cook for an additional 10-15 minutes.
