CHUTNEY CHICKEN 
8 boned chicken breasts, skin removed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. golden raisins
1/2 c. chutney
1/2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13 inch baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine orange juice, raisins, chutney, thyme, cinnamon and curry powder. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Add toasted almonds, sprinkled over chicken just prior to serving. Serve with rice. Serves 6 to 8.
