MEATBALLS & GRAVY WITH RICE | |
2 lbs. hamburger 1 sm. onion 2 eggs 2/3 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. catsup Salt & pepper Mix together and shape into balls. Brown in 1 cube butter. Brown a few at a time in skillet. Pour about half the grease out of the pan and add: 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can water Heat and stir to make gravy. Pour gravy over meatballs and simmer 30 minutes to 1 hour. Best to put in 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Make instant rice according to package. Serve with meat balls. |
