FLUFFY MEATBALLS IN ONION GRAVY 
1 env. onion soup mix
1 tbsp. flour
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 - 2 lbs. lean ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large skillet. Bring to a boil. Combine other ingredients in a bowl. Form into 2" meatballs and drop into boiling onion gravy. Cook for a few minutes. Turn carefully. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with noodles. Serves 6.
