SCOTTISH TURKEY STUFFING (NEW
YEAR)
 
1/2 c. butter
1 med. onion, diced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. oatmeal

Melt butter in saucepan; cook onion in butter until tender. Add salt and pepper; remove from heat. Add oatmeal, mixture should be moist. Use stuffing for turkey, chicken or pork spareribs.
