CRAB MEAT WITH BROCCOLI 
1 (10 oz.) box broccoli spears, frozen, cooked
1 c. sour cream
1 (6 oz.) can crab meat
1 onion, chopped
1/3 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lemin rind, grated
1 c. Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Combine ingredients and put in oven proof casserole. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until warm and bubbly. Crab tastes fresh seasoned this way. Serves 4.
