TURKEY AND BROCCOLI MEAT LOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/2 c. seasoned dry toasted bread crumbs
1 onion, chopped
2 eggs or substitutes
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained well or 1/2 c. fresh
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
3 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. tomato sauce

Grease 9x5 inch loaf pan. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, onion, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and garlic. Place 1/2 mixture in loaf pan. Combine broccoli, 1/2 of Mozzarella and Parmesan and place over turkey. Top with remaining turkey mixture and pat down evenly and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with tomato sauce and cheeses and bake 15 minutes longer.
