TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
2 eggs
1/3 c. quick cooking oats
1/3 c. shredded carrots
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped celery
1/3 c. tomato juice
1 tbsp. Dijon style mustard
3/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. dried dill
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

In bowl, combine turkey, eggs, oats, carrot, onion, celery, tomato juice, mustard, celery salt, and dill. Shape into loaf in 9 x 5 inch loaf dish. Shape loaf so meat does not touch sides of dish. Cover with wax paper. Microwave at full power (high) for 7 minutes. Pour off juices. Combine remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon over loaf, coating entire top and sides. Microwave at 30% (medium low) for 30 minutes. Give dish a half turn once during cooking time. Cover with foil and let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
