TURKEY MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground turkey
1 c. bread crumbs
1 green pepper, chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1 egg
1 med. onion, diced
1 can tomato soup
1 c. water
3 tbsp. brown sugar
5 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. mustard
2 tbsp. butter

Combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, green pepper, onion, tomatoes and eggs. Mix well, form into a loaf in baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients except butter in saucepan. Cook for 5 minutes. Add butter. Pour all but 1 cup sauce over heat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes, basting often. Pour remaining sauce over meat just before removing from oven. Yield: 4.
