DANISH FISH 
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. butter
2 cans tomato soup
3 tbsp. chopped dill
2 med. cucumbers, chopped
Dash of pepper
2 1/2 lbs. whiting fillets

Saute onion in butter until tender. Add soup, dill, cucumbers, and pepper. Simmer until blended, about 20 minutes. Arrange fish fillets in a shallow baking dish. Pour sauce over fish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
