3 eggs
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 tsp. salt

Beat eggs and sugar until thick. Add water. Sift dry ingredients twice, then stir into egg mixture. Line a shallow pan with greased wax paper. Bake cake at 375 degrees for about 12 minutes. Turn out onto a cloth sprinkled with sugar. Tear off waxed paper. Spread with jelly and roll quickly.
