EASY JELLY ROLL 
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking powder
Pinch of salt
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla sugar or 1 tsp. vanilla
Jelly

Beat eggs for 5 minutes until lemon colored. Add all ingredients and mix well. Grease cookie sheet with sides, line with waxed paper, then grease and flour paper. Pour in batter and bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Do not overbake. Trim off edges, remove from pan and peel off wax paper.

While warm, roll up. When cool, unroll, spread with jelly and roll again. Refrigerate, slice and serve. May also be filled with icing or pudding.
