DIET MUFFINS 
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. quick oatmeal
1 banana, mashed
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
5 packets sweet and low
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. dry milk
2 tsp. baking powder

Add baking powder to dry milk. Mix all ingredients together, spray 10 muffin pan with Pam. Fill pans with batter. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
