SLOPPY JOES 
2 tbsp. butter
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt

Brown ground chuck in butter in frying pan - add dry ingredients while meat is browning. Add all other ingredients when meat is browned and mix together well. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes. Serve on hamburger buns. Serves 4-6.
