VEGETABLE, CHICKEN & SHRIMP PASTA | |
2 chicken breasts (boneless & skinless), cut in strips 1 dozen med. size shrimp, cooked & cut in half lengthwise 1/4 c. carrot & celery, sliced thin diagonally 1/4 c. broccoli flowerets, cut in sm. pieces 1/4 c. onion, chopped 12 pea pods, cut in half 6 sweet red peppers, cut in thin strips Vegetable oil (enough to stir fry) 2 pkgs. white sauce mix 1 lb. linguine Stir fry as you choose. Make white sauce. Cook linguine. Add together and serve. Serves 4. |
