ROUND STEAK SAUERBRATEN 
1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut into cubes
2 pkgs. brown gravy mix
2 c. water
1 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Brown steak in small amount of oil. Bring brown gravy mix and water to a boil. Add remaining ingredients. Pour over meat in casserole dish. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles, rice or potatoes.
