GLAZED LEMON BARS 
1 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. firm butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. Bisquick
2 eggs
2 tsp. grated lemon peel
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix 1 cup Bisquick and the powdered sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Press in ungreased square pan 8x8x2 inch. Bake about 10 minutes or until light brown.

Mix remaining ingredients, pour over baked layer. Bake about 25 minutes or until set and golden brown.

While warm, loosen edges from sides of pan. Spread with glaze. Cool completely, cut into bars.

GLAZE:

1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix until smooth.

NO CHOLESTEROL GLAZED BARS: Use butter, substitute 3 egg whites or 1/2 cup cholesterol free egg product for the eggs.
