ORANGE CREAM CHEESE FROSTING 
1 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. butter, softened
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
Milk, if needed

Small mixing bowl beat cream cheese, butter and peel until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar, beating until fluffy and spreading. If too thick add 1-2 teaspoons milk.
