EASY CHOCOLATE ECLAIR SQUARES | |
45 graham cracker squares 3 1/2 c. milk 2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 8 oz. container frozen whipped topping 1 can ready to spread milk chocolate frosting Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Arrange 15 graham cracker squares in bottom of pan. In large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix; beat at low speed until well blended, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over graham crackers; top with 15 graham mixture and graham cracker squares. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight. Spread frosting over top. Cut into square to serve. 20 servings. |
