BAKED CHICKEN PIECES 
Sour cream
Butter
Pepperidge Farms herb dressing
Chicken breasts

Remove skin and bone from chicken breasts and cut breast in half (or into bite-sized pieces). Wash and dry thoroughly on paper towel. Roll each chicken piece in sour cream, then in Pepperidge Farm herb dressing crumbs. Place in a large oblong dish and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
