CRESCENT CHICKEN SESAME 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/3 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) chicken, cut up as for frying
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter

Sift the flour with baking powder, salt, paprika, and pepper; stir in the pecans and sesame seeds. Dip chicken pieces into the egg and milk mixture; then dip into the flour mixture. Melt butter in a 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Place chicken in dish, turning to coat with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until fork-tender.
