SHRIMP AND VEGETABLE BOBOLINK | |
1 prepared pizza dough family size or make your own 8 oz. jalapeno flavor grated Jack cheese 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 lg. onion, peeled and thinly sliced 2 med. Rome tomatoes, quartered 1 avocado, peeled and sliced 1/4 c. fresh culinary, chopped 2 tbsp. Italian salad dressing Saute the shrimp in the olive oil until pink and set aside. Saute the mushrooms briefly. Spread the cheese on the Bobolink round. Cover with the onions and the shrimp. Spread the mushrooms around the top. Arrange the tomato and avocado pieces decoratively over the mushrooms. Sprinkle everything with the culinary and drizzle the salad dressing over the pizza. Place in a preheated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes. Let stand a moment or two, then serve. |
