SENSATIONAL SHRIMP SPREAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. cooked shrimp, chopped
1/4 c. green onion, chopped fine
1 to 2 tbsp. horseradish
1/4 tsp. white pepper

Mix and beat ingredients until fluffy. Chill and use on Melba rounds. I cut small round circles of hard French rolls, then brush melted butter on sides and toast in the oven. This is one of Cheryl, Holly and Kimberly's favorite appetizers.
