PARTY MINI MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. small torn pieces white bread (about 2 slices)
1 pkg. onion soup mix (Lipton)
1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1 egg

In a large mixing bowl. Combine all ingredients except sauce. Shape meat mixture into 1-inch balls and arrange on a glass baking dish. Do not stack the meat balls. Make one layer. Pour sauce evenly over meat balls. Bake 350°F oven for 45 minutes or until done. If necessary spoon off any extra fat. Place in a casserole dish, eat with toothpicks.

Makes about 4 dozen.

SAUCE FOR PARTY MINI MEATBALLS:

1 c. ketchup
1/2 c. grape jelly
1/3 c. lemon juice

Blend together.
