APPLE PUDDING CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 2 c. sugar 2 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 2 tsp. baking soda 4 c. raw diced apples 1/2 c. nuts 1/2 c. raisins (if desired) Pinch of salt 1 tsp. vanilla Cream butter; add sugar, then eggs. Mix thoroughly. Stir in dry ingredients, followed by apples, nuts, raisins and vanilla. This batter is very thick. Spread into a greased 9 x 13 x 2 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. |
