2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
5 c. chopped apples

Sift together in bowl the sugar, flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt. Mix in another bowl eggs, oil and apples. Pour wet mixture into bowl of dry mixture. Beat with electric mixer. Bake in greased and floured 13"x9"x2" baking pan at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. No frosting needed.
