2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 red apple
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Beat eggs with sugar until light and lemon colored. Sift together flour, salt, baking powder. Core, but don't peel, apple. Dice finely and add with dry ingredients. Stir in pecans. Bake 350 degrees 30 minutes. Serve warm.
