ITALIAN BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 to 4 lb. beef chuck roast
1 can (12 oz.) beer
1 c. water
1 env. (.7 oz.) mix for Italian dressing
1 env. (.7 oz.) mix for garlic dressing
Sandwich bread, buns or rolls

Place meat in Dutch oven and pour beer, water and salad dressing mixes on top. Cover and cook at 375 degrees for 3 to 4 hours.
