1 pkg. hot dogs
5 to 6 potatoes, sliced for frying
1 med. onion, chopped

Fry potatoes as you would for French fries, or sliced, using as little oil - or bacon grease, as possible. When they begin to brown add onions and hot dogs that have been sliced into 1/2 inch pieces. Fry, turning gently. A real hit with children.
