ONE BOWL CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. cold water
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. salad oil

Put all ingredients in large mixing bowl and blend well. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan (use a jelly roll pan if brownie-like cake is desired). Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost or sprinkle with powdered sugar. Best served from pan since cake is very moist.
