1 chocolate cake mix with ingredients
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. pkg. chocolate instant pudding & ingredients
12 oz. Heath bar crunch chips
Trifle bowl
Optional: shaved chocolate

Bake chocolate cake as directed. Mix chocolate pudding as directed. Break chocolate cake into pieces. Begin by layering cake in bowl then alternate layers of cake and pudding. Add Cool Whip, layer as desired. End layers with thick Cook Whip layer. Shaved chocolate on Cool Whip optional. May add small amount of liquor to pudding and cake layer, preferably to soak into the cake. Chill 2 to 4 hours before serving.
