CRABMEAT STEAK AND STUFFED
POTATO
 
1 lb. crabmeat, reserve 3/4 c.
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 slices bread
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper

Soak bread in milk. Mix crabmeat, bread crumbs together. Add soaked bread and seasonings; add eggs; mix well. Shape into 2 large or 4 small patties. Melt butter in pan, add Worcestershire sauce, place steaks in pan and brown on both sides. Add mushrooms and cook on low fire 10 to 15 minutes.

STUFFED POTATO:

2 baking potatoes
3/4 c. crab meat (cook 5 minutes on High in microwave)
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper

Bake potatoes, cut in half and scoop out potato from shell (reserve). Mix with milk, salt, pepper and cheese; microwave 2 to 3 minutes to melt cheese, remove, add crab meat; mix well. Return to shells or casserole dish.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
