STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 pkg. jelly rolls
1 c. boiling water
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. miniature marshmallows
2 egg whites
1 c. whipping cream
1 pkg. frozen strawberries

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add marshmallows. Stir until dissolved. Add partially thawed strawberries and lemon juice. Chill until thick.

Beat egg whites until soft peaks form; add sugar while beating. Fold into thickened Jello mixture. Whip cream; add to Jello mixture; mix in nuts. Line 9 x 13 inch dish with slices of jelly roll. Pour Jello mixture over jelly roll and chill. It's great!
