CRUST:

2 c. flaked coconut
2 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour

Mix and press into 9"x13" baking pan. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
2 c. hot water
1 qt. ice cream (vanilla is good)
1 lg. handful of marshmallows
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool slightly. Add ice cream to Jello mixture and stir until melted. Let stand 15 minutes in refrigerator until firm. Add marshmallows. Add drained pineapple. May add nuts (optional). Top with Cool Whip or other topping.
